Returns:
Inbound returns accepted from WFS, FBA, and all DTC orders. Returns can be rerun on their respective channel or be converted to a separate channel.

Exception Handling:
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect compared to what you ordered. You will be
promptly notified of the items in exception.

OUTBOUND Services:

Direct To 3PL:
Receiving, Pick, Prep, and Pack for all items headed to Walmart WFS & Amazon FBA, LTL and SPD. Just let us know your preference.

Direct To Consumer Fulfillment:
DTC orders for all channels Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, eBay. Contact us for other integrations!

3rd party shipping:
Have a store that does not link? Simply upload the order and order contents. We’ll handle the rest.

Return to Vendor:
Wrong item? Damaged? No longer profitable? No problem. We can process these for you.

OTHER Services:

Damaged Goods Processing:
Damaged goods from the vendor or return from customer? We can convert the item to eBay with our listing service or return the item to the vendor.
Storage:
Need storage? First 15 days free- thereafter per unit per day.
